Amitesh Shah has been named Zonal CEO-MMR at Godrej Properties after the exit of Priyansh Kapoor, while Sandeep Navlakhe will be stepping in as chief operating officer (COO) following the resignation of Vikas Singhal.
Amitesh Shah will take charge as the Zonal CEO-MMR from tomorrow, July 19, 2025 onwards, the company informed in an exchange filing on Friday. Starting August 1, 2025, Sandeep Navlakhe will assume the new position as the COO.
About Amitesh Shah
Amitesh Shah has more than two decades of experience in sectors such as real estate, financial services, and technology. Prior to this role, he was the Region Head for MMR 1.
He joined Godrej Properties in 2011 as General Manager–Business Development and was subsequently promoted to Region Head–MZ1. Shah earlier served as Area Sales Manager at ICICI Prudential.
He began his professional journey as a Senior Management Trainee at HCL Technologies. Amitesh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and a Post Graduate
