Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan is reported to have suffered an injury during the shoot of his upcoming movie. According to Hindustan Times, Shah Rukh has been advised one-month rest following the incident.

It is learnt that Shah Rukh met with an injury during the filming of an intense sequence for King, directed bySiddharth Anand. The superstar has reportedly travelled to the US for treatment and recovery.

Due to the injury, the filming for King scheduled in July and August has been cancelled. Shah Rukh is likely to resume shooting for the moviein September.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, the movie also has Suhana Khan and Saurabh Shukla. Deepika Padukone is also reportedly part of the movie. Shah Rukh last starred in Dunki (2023), directed by Rajkumar Hirani. He delivered blockbusters with action dramas Pathaan (2023)and Jawan (2023).
