Chandni Bhabhda mimics Alia Bhatt; netizens ask, ‘Jigra is Alia’s version of Animal?’ – WATCH video |

Alia Bhatt is in the spotlight for her new film Jigra, directed by Vasan Bala and featuring Vedang Raina, which released last Friday. Despite receiving praise for her performance, the film’s box office results were disappointing, making it her worst opener in the last decade.
Chandni Bhabhda is famous online for her hilarious mimicry of Alia Bhatt, particularly her iconic ‘Shiva Shiva’ line from ‘Brahmāstra’.Over the weekend, she shared a new video recreating scenes from Alia’s film Jigra, repeatedly saying, “Mera bhai marr nahi sakta.”

Her portrayal reminded netizens of Ranbir Kapoor’s onscreen love for his father in ‘Animal‘, leading many to draw comparisons between the characters and their films.

While one user wrote, ‘Jigra is Alia’s version of Animal?😂 Ranbir: Papa Papa. Alia: Bhai Bhai’, another one added, ‘Animal: Mera Bhai bol nahi sakta, Mera Bhai sun nahi sakta….. Alia in Jigra: Mera Bhai Mar nahi sakta’.
In Jigra, Alia Bhatt stars as Satya, who fights to free her falsely accused brother Ankur, played by Vedang Raina. The film opened at Rs 4.55 crore, rose to Rs 6.55 crore on Saturday, then dropped to Rs 5.65 crore on Sunday, totaling Rs 16.75 crore for its first weekend—the lowest of her career.
Alia will be next seen in Aditya Chopra and Shiv Rawail’s Alpha, slated to release during Christmas of 2025; she also has signed Love And War with Sanjay Leela Bhansali which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
