Terrorists have kidnapped three army soldiers in Pakistan. The incident took place in Tank district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Last month, TTP terrorists had kidnapped 13 labourers in Tank district itself.
Peshawar: Unknown terrorists kidnapped three soldiers of the paramilitary Frontier Corps in Tank district of Pakistan’s troubled Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Tuesday. Police have given information about this. The soldiers were going to Tank market from Sor Qamar FC post in a car when the terrorists stopped them at a check post. The terrorists had put up a blockade between Kot Azam and Kot Qila area to carry out their purpose.
The soldiers were going home on leave
The terrorists took three soldiers with them from the blockade place and handed over their ATM cards and identity cards to the car driver. The Pakistani soldiers had rented this car and its driver was a civilian. The car driver said that the soldiers were going home on leave at the time of kidnapping. The car driver has handed over the belongings of the soldiers to the FC authorities in Corps Qila.
TTP had kidnapped the workers
Last month, in Tank district itself, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terrorists had kidnapped at least 13 workers. Police had freed 9 workers within a few hours while four workers are still hostage.
Pakistan Army is attacking terrorists
Police said that the banned terrorist organization TTP had released a video on July 3 in which the four workers were requesting Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to ensure their release and were saying that their lives were in danger. The media unit of the Pakistani Army said that earlier this month, security forces had killed 9 terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. (indiatv)
