During this, PM Modi said that I express my heartfelt gratitude to you. This honour is not only mine but the honour of 140 crore Indians. It is an example of the centuries-old deep friendship between India and Russia. It is an honour for our Special Privileged Partnership. Under your leadership for the last nearly two and a half decades, India-Russia relations have strengthened in all directions. Each time, they have been achieving new heights. The foundation of the relations that you had laid between the two countries has blossomed further. Mutual cooperation has been the hope and guarantee of a better future for our people. We have taken new and important decisions to strengthen mutual cooperation in all areas.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the India-Russia partnership becomes even more important, it is extremely important for the whole world. We both believe that continuous efforts should be made for peace, we will keep working together in this direction, on behalf of 140 crore Indians, I express my heartfelt gratitude to you, the Russian government and the people of Russia for this honour.
