Bollywood star couple Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan on Sunday attended the wedding ceremony of filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker’s son Konark, pictures of which have gone viral on social media. This comes after months of speculation that the couple are heading towards divorce.

In the pictures, Abhishek and Aishwarya, twinning in white, can be seen talking to ISKCON’s Harinam Das. Aishwarya wore a white chikankari dress, while Abhishek donned a white sherwani.

Abhishek and Aishwarya got married in 2007. Over the last few months, speculations about their marriage have been circulating online. The two, however, have refused to comment on the same. Interestingly, Aishwarya in February shared a childhood picture of Abhishek to wish him on his birthday.

The two weren’t the only stars in attendance at Konark’s wedding. Konark, who works as an assistant with his father, tied the knot with Niyati Kanakia, the daughter of real estate tycoon Rasesh Babubhai Kanakia, on March 2 in an intimate but star-studded ceremony. Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Vidya Balan, Kiran Rao, Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh were some of the celebrities who attended the wedding.

Notably, Aishwarya worked with Ashutosh in the 2008 historical drama Jodhaa Akbar. Abhishek and Ashutosh had collaborated on the 2010 historical action-adventure, Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey.
