Australian Open, Day 11 Order of Play: Sinner headlines second set of quarterfinals-OxBig News Network

Defending champion Jannik Sinner vs. World No. 8 Alex de Minaur highlights the quarter-final clashes on Day 11 of the Australian Open 2025 on Wednesday, January 22.

Madison Keys will begin the second set of quarterfinals at Rod Laver Arena when she faces Elina Svitolina. Eighth seed Emma Navarro will then look to stop the march of Poland star Iga Swiatek in the second quarterfinal of the day.

Ben Shelton will aim to go past his 2023 quarterfinal finish as he takes on first-time Grand Slam quarterfinalist Lorenzo Sonego. Their match will close out the day session on Rod Laver Arena.

Sinner will be hoping to secure a spot in the semifinals when he battles home favorite and World No. 8 Alex de Minaur in the night session on Rod Laver Arena. Sinner has a spotless record against the Australian star with a head-to-head record of 9-0. Alex will have his task cutout considering he has just won one set in his previous nine encounters against World No. 1.

Doubles quarter-final action continues on Wednesday at Margaret Court Arena. The 2024 Wimbledon champions, Harri Heliovaara and Henry Patten, will open the schedule against Hugo Nys and Edouard Roger-Vasselin. Following that, the 2024 Nitto ATP Finals winners, Kevin Krawietz and Tim Puetz, will take on the British pair of Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool.
