Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor rents out Mumbai apartment at an unbelievable price

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife, Mira Kapoor, have leased their luxury apartment in Mumbai for more than Rs 20 lakh per month, according to real estate consultant Square Yards.

The couple had purchased the property in May 2024 for Rs 58.6 crore, and it was jointly acquired by them. The apartment is located in the prestigious ‘Three Sixty West’ project in Worli.

Square Yards confirmed on Tuesday that the couple recently rented out their 5,395 square-foot apartment in the high-end residential development by Oberoi Realty. The apartment also includes 6,175.42 square feet of built-up area and three dedicated parking spaces.

‘Three Sixty West’ is a luxury residential project spread across 1.58 acres, offering 4 and 5 BHK ready-to-move-in apartments.

The lease agreement, registered in November 2024, is set for 60 months, with an initial security deposit of Rs 1.23 crore. The property is expected to generate a gross rental yield of 4-5 percent.

The lease follows a tiered rental structure, starting at Rs 20.5 lakh per month and increasing to Rs 23.98 lakh by the end of the 5-year term. The agreement also includes a rent-free period for the first 10 months.
