On Saturday (3 August 2024) afternoon, the bulldozer has reached Moeed Khan’s bakery shop and the demolition process has started. Apart from this, the administration is also investigating many of his other properties.
Meanwhile, MLA from Azad Nishad Party and minister in Yogi Adityanath’s government, Sanjay Nishad reached the victim’s house. He cried bitterly there and assured the victim’s family of strict action against the accused. According to reports, on Saturday, the administrative officials of Ayodhya reached Moeed Khan’s bakery shop in Bhadarsa of Purakalankar police station area.
After the arrival of the main officials and doing some paperwork, the bulldozer arrived on the spot. The bulldozer has started demolishing many illegal constructions done by Moeed Khan. Meanwhile, Moeed’s bakery has been sealed and locked. The Deputy Food Safety Commissioner has also cancelled the license of Moeed Khan’s bakery. Moeed Khan’s house is at a short distance from the bakery.
According to the information received by OpIndia, before demolishing the bakery shop, the biscuits etc. kept in it were taken out. After this, the shop was sealed. After this, a bulldozer was run on some external and internal parts of the illegally built house. The estimated cost of the property that came under the action is being said to be in lakhs of rupees.

He has alleged that Ayodhya MP Awadhesh Prasad lobbied for rape accused Moeed Khan in the administration, due to which there was a delay in registering the case. He has announced to sit on a dharna in front of the Samajwadi Party office.
He has also assured to provide all possible help to the victim’s family in their legal battle. Sanjay Nishad has also expressed hope for media’s help in this fight.
