Esha Deol, currently promoting Tumko Meri Kasam, shared how Hrithik Roshan’s advice helped her achieve a toned look for Dhoom (2004). In a recent interview, she credited Hrithik, her Na Tum Jaano Na Hum co-star, for guiding her fitness journey during the film’s preparation.
Hrithik Roshan’s Fitness Advice for Dhoom
While speaking with Radio Nasha, Esha revealed that producer Aditya Chopra had given her six months to achieve a ripped and lean look for Dhoom. Unsure where to start, she turned to Hrithik Roshan for advice. He recommended running for 45 minutes to an hour every morning on an empty stomach, which proved highly effective for her.
Esha’s Dedication to the Transformation
Esha further shared that Hrithik Roshan advised her to eat a banana after her run, a routine she followed diligently. She credited her transformation not just to fitness but also to her genetics and athletic background. With muscle memory in place, shedding layers made the process work like magic for her.
