First look out of ‘Perusu’, starring Vaibhav and produced by Karthik Subbaraj’s Stone Bench Films-OxBig News Network

The makers of Perusu have released the film’s first look. The Tamil film, which will be dubbed in Telugu, is directed by Ilango Ram. The movie is bankrolled by Karthik Subbaraj’s Stone Bench Films in association with Harman Baweja’s Baweja Studios, Emberlight Studios and Sasi Naga.

Vaibhav, Niharika, Sunil, and Karunakaran are the actors in the movie. The movie is aiming for a Summer 2025 release.

Speaking about the project, Kaarthekeyen S, CEO of Stone Bench, said, “We are delighted to partner with Ilango Ram for Perusu. This film blends fresh storytelling with exceptional performances and promises to be a complete entertainer for audiences.”

The first look of Perusu was released on social media by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The movie is a remake of the Sinhalese film Tentigo. Arjun Raj has composed music for the movie while Sathya Thilakam is the cinematographer.
