Kapil Sharma Love Story: Whenever Kapil Sharma is asked about his love story and marriage, he always has funny stories to share with his fans. Once, the actor-comedian revealed on his cousin Angely Sidar’s podcast Feel It In Your Soul how Ginni Chatrath’s father questioned him about his daily salary.

In this podcast, Kapil Sharma also revealed on the show that when he was in college, artists were not given much importance and he even met Ginni’s father only because her father loves Ginni very much and met and talked to him only for the happiness of his daughter.

Kapil had said in his conversation with Angel, ‘At that time I was earning good money from TV, but he did not believe in it. He asked me if I would be able to earn 5-10 thousand rupees a day. I told him that I earn even more than that. He was shocked and asked, ‘Do you get so much money?’

The actor further told that the profession of a comedian was not respected or even considered a good business. Ginni’s father also tried to stop Ginni from getting married, but Kapil’s image had settled in Ginni’s mind and the couple did not look back. They later got married in Jalandhar in 2018.

Kapil Sharma came into the limelight after emerging as the winner of the third season of the comedy reality television show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge in 2007. He later participated in Comedy Circus, which aired on Sony TV, where he emerged as the winner.
