Kartik Aaryan and Luv Ranjan make quite a hit actor-director pair, who’ve done memorable movies like the ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ franchise and ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’. It’s been a while since the duo collaborated but here’s some good news for fans. A latest report suggests that this duo is considering to reunite for the sequel of ‘Sonu Ke Titu..’. Kartik is currently enjoying the success of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3‘ and the actor has been keeping busy with back-to-back projects. Amidst that, fans would be elated with the news of his collab with Ranjan.
A recent report suggests that Kartik is in talks with Luv for the sequel of ‘Sonu Ke Titu..’; the first part also starred Sunny Singh and Nushrratt Bharrucha. According to Peeping Moon, the duo had met at Luv’s office last Tuesday where Kartik was pitched the idea for the sequel. Apparently, Kartik loved the story and approved of it. The film is currently in the writing stage and Luv is penning the screenplay of it at the moment. All the logistics will be finalised once the final draft is in place.
One still doesn’t know if the sequel will be continuation of Part 1 or a brand new story, like ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2’. Kartik will reportedly begin this film after completing ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh 2’ and Anurag Basu’s ‘Aashiqui 3’.
Meanwhile, Luv’s last release was Ranbir Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar‘ which did reasonably well at the box office and is still getting a lot of love on OTT.
