She received many messages, especially from girls, and one stood out—a father mentioned that his 12-13-year-old daughter was inspired by Kirti’s haircut and asked if she could do the same.

Kirti further explained that her decision to cut her hair wasn’t about starting a trend or showing off; it was simply something that felt right to her in the moment. After finishing the shoot for Hisaab Barabar, she felt her hair had been through too much with all the colors and treatments. So, she decided to chop it off. She first cut a little herself and then went to her hairstylist the next day to have the rest done.

Kulhari also shared that her friend was thrilled when she told her about the plan to cut her hair. Both of them are a bit impulsive, often doing things like this. While some people might question why she, as an actress, would cut her hair short, her friend was equally excited. Kulhari also received messages from women saying her new look inspired them to consider doing the same. She was surprised by how something as simple as cutting her hair could have such an impact on others.
