Lawyer Sana Raees Khan has spoken in support of Allu Arjun after his arrest in connection with a fan’s death. Sana, known for handling high-profile cases, stated that the Telugu star is not at fault. She explained that crowd management is the responsibility of event organisers, not actors.
News18 quotes her saying Allu Arjun’s massive stardom naturally attracts a devoted and passionate fan base, which can sometimes lead to uncontrollable crowds. She emphasized that crowd management falls under the responsibility of event organizers and authorities, not the actor. Blaming him for incidents beyond his control, she argued, is unfair and sets a concerning example for the entertainment industry.

Sana also explained that Allu Arjun’s interim bail demonstrates the judicial system’s acknowledgment that his arrest might not have been justified. She noted that criminal liability requires evidence of negligence or direct involvement, which seems absent in this case. Actors cannot be held accountable for fan-related incidents unless there is clear misconduct or disregard for public safety on their part.

Sana further suggested that actors should adopt measures to avoid such incidents and safeguard themselves legally. She emphasized the importance of professional event management, proper crowd control, and adequate security arrangements. She also advised collaborating with local authorities to manage fan gatherings and using their influence to promote responsible behavior among fans during events.

Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13, following a tragic incident during the screening of

Pushpa 2: The Rule at Hyderabad’s Sandhya Theatre. A large crowd gathered to see him and music director Devi Sri Prasad. Amid the chaos, the main gate collapsed, causing a stampede. A 35-year-old woman lost her life, and her 9-year-old son suffered serious injuries.
Allu Arjun was taken from his residence and placed in 14-day judicial custody. He was later granted interim bail for four weeks on a personal bond of ₹50,000. However, due to delays in paperwork, the actor had to spend a night in jail.
