The Hindu brings out AI Chatbot for Margazhi Sabha schedule -OxBig News Network

This Margazhi, The Hindu has introduced an AI Chatbot that will pull out the concert schedules of around 30 sabhas and hundreds of artistes performing during the season. The Hindu Margazhi Sabha Schedule AI Chatbot, as it is called, can help the discerning sabha hopper to get details of over 1,400 concerts, dance and drama performances, lecture-demonstrations and all other programmes that sabhas in the city have slotted for this time of the year. As the days progress, details from more sabhas will be added.  

The data, collected from various sources including sabha websites, has been stored in such a way that searches can be made with approximate spellings and the questions need not be complete. The AI Chatbot will complete it for you. Depending on the number of entries per artiste, the bot will take an appropriate amount of time to pull out the data. The bot that operates on both light and dark modes for reader comfort, also suggests model questions.

Its developers, who are part of the in-house team, say that for now, this bot is an experimental one and that it can throw up incorrect responses too.
