Randeep Hooda married Lin Laishram in a private Manipuri wedding ceremony in Imphal. The couple, who have been together for several years, shared their engagement news on social media before traveling to the bride’s hometown for the celebration.
The Bollywood actor recently spoke about his wedding to ETimes at IFFI 2024. He said, “We wanted a traditional and small wedding because there were a lot of problems going on in Manipur then. Going there was a significant risk, but we did manage, and a place that did not have any internet, how the pictures and videos got across and became viral, and people from all across the world wished me. I wanted to keep it small, but I am glad our marriage epitomised the northeastern and our Indian culture in general, unlike celebrity weddings.”

Spilling some beans on the plans for their first wedding anniversary on November 29, Randeep added, “Our marriage anniversary is coming up, and for the first time, I may say I will not shoot on that day. I want to spend the day with my wife.”
