Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Kanwar Lal Meena, whose conviction and three years’ sentence in a 20-year-old case was upheld by the Rajasthan High Court earlier this month, surrendered within the trial courtroom at Manoharthana in Jhawalar district on Wednesday.
