An enormous fireplace broke out at a manufacturing unit in Delhi’s Bawana industrial space early Saturday, triggering an explosion that precipitated the constructing to break down, officers mentioned.
“Seventeen fire tenders were rushed to the spot in Sector 2 after a call was received at 4.48 am,” Delhi Fire Services chief Atul Garg mentioned.
The fireplace triggered an explosion contained in the premises, on account of which the constructing collapsed, officers mentioned.
No accidents have been reported to this point, they added.
Firemen are working to extinguish the flames.
