NEET paper leak case – According to Ravi Atri’s interrogation report, Sanjeev Mukhiya’s gang is an expert in breaking the sealed box of papers. Dr. Shubham Mandal of Sanjeev Mukhiya’s gang had taken a flight from Patna to Ahmedabad to break the box of papers in the UP paper leak case.
The CBI, which is investigating the NEET paper leak case, arrested Manish Prakash and his friend Ashutosh on Thursday (27 June 2024). Both of them had booked a room in the ‘safe house’. The CBI has also taken remand of two other accused of paper leak, Chintu and Mukesh. At the same time, a CBI team is interrogating a total of 8 people including the principal of Oasis School in Hazaribagh.
At the same time, after obtaining the report and evidence of the paper leak investigation from the EOU team of Bihar Police, now the CBI is working towards nabbing Sanjeev Mukhiya, the main accused in the paper leak. Ravi Atri, the main accused in the Sanjeev Mukhiya UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam Paper Leak case, is also associated with Sanjeev Mukhiya. Apart from this, Mukhiya may also be associated with the paper leak of many examinations.
Manish Prakash, arrested by the CBI, had booked ‘Learn and Play School’ for the examinees by asking his friend Ashutosh. A burnt question paper of NEET was found in the Learn and Play School located in Khemni Chak, Patna, which is the main evidence of this incident. The information given on this paper revealed that this question paper was leaked from the examination center of Oasis School in Hazaribagh.
Manish Prakash had stopped 20 to 25 NEET candidates in this school and gave them the question paper and made them memorize the answer sheet. It is being said that Manish Prakash had arranged this for the candidates on the behest of Sanjeev Mukhiya. Manish is a resident of Nalanda. His family lives in Sandalpur area of Bahadurpur police station area of Patna.
On the other hand, the UP STF, which is investigating the UP Police Recruitment Exam, interrogated Ravi Atri. He has told that Sanjeev Mukhiya’s gang is an expert in paper leak. His network is spread across many states including UP, Bihar, Gujarat, Delhi-NCR. Sanjeev Mukhiya used to make solvers sit in different examinations through Bluetooth. Sanjeev and his son Shiv Kumar are the biggest masterminds of paper leak.
In fact, Ravi Atri, the main accused in the UP Police Recruitment Paper Leak, is associated with Sanjeev Mukhiya and Atul Vats of Bihar. Ravi Atri and Sanjeev Mukhiya’s son Dr Shiv Kumar have studied together. Sanjeev Mukhiya’s son is already in jail in the BPSC teacher exam paper leak case.
Aaj Tak has said in its report, citing sources, that Ravi Atri has told during interrogation that after passing 12th, he went to Kota city of Rajasthan to prepare for medical. There he came in contact with the paper leak gang. Ravi Atri has already gone to jail in the PMT paper leak case. His partner Rajiv Nayan Mishra is also in custody.
