The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued heavy rainfall alert for seven Telangana districts for Monday (July 7, 2025).

According to IMD’s latest bulletin, heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places in Adilabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jayashankar Bhupalpally and Mulugu districts. Additionally, IMD has forecast thunderstorms accompanied with strong surface winds in all 33 districts of Telangana.

Meanwhile, Hyderabad and its surrounding areas will see generally cloudy sky over the next 24 hours. “Light rain or thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds are very likely in parts of the city. Hazy conditions are very likely to prevail during morning hours. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 33 and 24 degrees C, respectively,” IMD said.
