According to media reports, Amritpal’s brother Harpreet Singh has been arrested by the police with drugs in Phillaur, Jalandhar. SSP Ankur Gupta and DSP Phillaur Sarwanjit Singh said that 4 grams of drugs have been recovered from Harpreet Singh. Both were caught during a blockade on Phillaur Highway.
DSP Sarwanjit Singh said that it is being investigated from where the drugs recovered from him came. He said that Harpreet has been medically examined, intoxication has been confirmed. A case has been registered against him and he has also been arrested.
