TVK chief Vijay appoints State, zonal-level office-bearers for social media, legal wings-OxBig News Network

Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) president Vija0y on Wednesday (June 11, 2025) announced the appointment of office-bearers for four key wings of the party — social media, information technology, legal consultation, and advocates — with an aim to strengthen the party’s organisational base.

According to a press release from the party, 10 office-bearers were appointed for each wing at the State level. To ensure grassroots-level engagement, the party has divided the entire State into 10 zones, such as Chennai, Vellore, Salem, Tiruchi, Coimbatore, Madurai, Cuddalore, Ramanathapuram, Thanjavur, and Tirunelveli. Mr. Vijay appointed 10 office-bearers per wing for each zone.

In a move to extend the party’s outreach beyond Tamil Nadu and to the global diaspora, Mr. Vijay also appointed social media wing office-bearers for other States, including Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, and Delhi, and other for countries, such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.
