Want to know Rahul Gandhi’s caste, conduct caste census: Mahesh Goud to BJP leaders-OxBig News Network

Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) chief Mahesh Goud asked the BJP government at the Centre to conduct caste census in the country if they were interested to know the caste of Congress Rahul Gandhi.

At a press conference at Gandhi Bhavan, Mr. Goud found fault with the BJP leaders criticising Mr. Gandhi for questioning his caste details. “Mr. Gandhi will give in writing all the details if the BJP conducts the caste census that Mr. Gandhi has been demanding,” he said.

The TPCC president extended his support to Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s comments that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was a converted BC. “Isn’t it a fact that Mr. Modi’s caste was included in the BCs only in 1994,” he asked reiterating that the PM was not born as a BC.

He said Union Minister Bandi Sanjay was a born BC and he worked hard to come up in politics but was thrown out ceremoniously from the BJP president post before the elections. He advised the BJP leaders to impress upon their leadership to conduct caste census accepting the recommendation to be made by the Telangana Assembly soon.

He said the BJP should stop talking about the sacrifice of Rahul Gandhi and his family for the nation as they would never understand it and the country knows it. Can the BJP show their leaders’ sacrifice for the country, he asked.
