Keerthy Suresh has been busy promoting her Bollywood debut ‘Baby John’ alongside Varun Dhawan and Wamiqa Gabbi over the past few days. The movie, which hit theatres on December 25, is receiving decent reviews from fans. In a recent video, Keerthy appeared slightly irritated with paparazzi as they mispronounced her name and made a ‘dosa’ reference.
In the video shared online by paparazzi, Keerthy looked stylish in a sleeveless denim dress while promoting the film in Mumbai. She did not forget to showcase her mangalsutra. However, the paparazzi began calling her ‘Kriti’, visibly irritating the actress, who corrected them by saying, “It is not Kriti; it is Keerthy.” Soon after, some of them mentioned ‘dosa’—a term the paparazzi often use to refer to South Indian stars, which has sparked controversy in the industry over the years.

With a bold smile, Keerthy responded, “Keerthy dosa nahi, Keerthy Suresh hai, aur dosa mujhe pasand hai.” She flashed a warm smile and ended the photo session before moving to the venue.
‘Baby John’ is an official adaptation of Atlee’s Tamil film ‘Theri’ starring Thalapathy Vijay. The film earned only Rs 13 crores at the box office on its opening day. Directed by Kalees, ‘Baby John’ also marked Atlee’s debut as a Bollywood producer.
Keerthy recently tied the knot with her childhood friend and long-term boyfriend Antony Thattil on December 12 in Goa. The wedding was a star-studded affair, with attendees including Trisha Krishnan, Thalapathy Vijay, Aishwarya Lekshmi, and more.
