FX option expiries for 17 June 10am New York cut | Forexlive

There aren’t any major expiries to take note of on the day. As such, headline risks are the main thing to watch out for in the day ahead. Trump has left the G7 summit early and has called for an emergency meeting with the National Security Council to discuss the US’ position on the conflict between Iran and Israel. That will be the main thing to watch. Besides that though, we do have US retail sales data on the agenda as well later in the day.

For now, markets are taking a more cautious approach with US futures tentatively a little lower while major currencies are not really showing much appetite. Caution is up in the air.
