Bollywood actress Mouni Roy‘s New Year was off to a shaky start as she took a tumble while out celebrating with her husband, Suraj Nambiar, and best friend, actress Disha Patani.
A viral video doing the rounds on social media, captured the star tripping and falling on a pavement while out celebrating. Everyone around the actress, including the many cameramen were seen rather shocked as she suddenly fell.Her BFF Disha, who was by her side was seen springing into action and helping her to her feet. Mouni’s husband was also seen lending her a hand and holding her by the waist as they made their way to their car.
Despite the mishap, Mouni appeared unhurt and laughed it off, brushing herself off and continuing to enjoy the outing.

Fans flooded the comment section with mixed reactions, with many expressing concern for the actress’s wellbeing. “Hope she’s okay!,” one fan commented, while others found the moment ‘very relatable’.
The trio, who were seen dressed in their best party attire, were out and about enjoying the festive atmosphere in Bandra. On being surrounded by shutterbugs, Suraj was seen leading the way and clearing the path for the two ladies to head into their waiting car.
On the work front, Mouni will be seen next in ‘Salakaar’, which is directed by Faruk Kabir. Disha, on the other hand, will be seen next in the film ‘Welcome To The Jungle’, directed by Ahmed Khan. She will also be seen in Mohit Suri‘s ‘Malang 2’.
