Naga Chaitanya is soaking in the weekend vibes, giving fans a sweet glimpse into his laid-back Sunday with wife Sobhita Dhulipala and their adorable pet dog, Hash. Taking to Instagram, the actor posted cozy pictures capturing moments with Hash, while Sobhita was seen relaxing beside him.
Along with the heartwarming snaps, Chaitanya captioned the post, “Sunday everything’s,” reflecting just how much he cherishes these quiet moments at home.
While many fans flooded the comments section with love for the cute family moment, some couldn’t help but wonder about Hash’s history. Several fans pointed out that Hash was once known as the pet Naga Chaitanya shared with his ex-wife Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Comments like “Sam’s dog” quickly started appearing under the post.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala tied the knot on December 4 last year. Their intimate wedding ceremony took place at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, attended by close friends and family.
In a recent conversation with Hindustan Times, Chaitanya opened up about life after marriage, calling it “great.” He shared, “Married life is great! I’m totally enjoying it. It’s just been a couple of months. I think we both invest equally in work and away from work; so, we have that work-life balance very much intact. I think that’s one of the qualities we both really connected on also.”
Common roots and a love for cinema
Talking about the bond he shares with Sobhita beyond their acting careers, Chaitanya revealed that their cultural roots played a big part in bringing them closer. “You know, we are both from Andhra. She is from Vizag and I love Vizag. Our roots are similar though we are not from the same cities and so, culturally, there was a lot of connect,” he said.
He added that their shared curiosity about life and love for traveling helped spark deeper conversations and built a strong connection.

Naga Chaitanya was previously married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The former couple announced their separation in October 2021 through a joint statement on social media.

On the work front, Naga Chaitanya was last seen in Thandel, alongside Sai Pallavi. The film explores the gripping story of fishermen who accidentally cross into Pakistani waters during one of their trips. It also marks the second collaboration between Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi after their much-loved film Love Story. Thandel released on February 7.
