Sadhguru shares tips on mental clarity with pupils-OxBig News Network

Spiritual leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev on Saturday urged students to not limit education to their examinations but rather provide access to life.

He interacted with students in today’s edition of ‘Mindfulness & Mental Peace’, where he introduced practical mindfulness techniques for the students’ mental clarity and focus as part of the ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ initiative.

He said education should not be limited to exams but rather provide access to life. He exhorted students to avoid comparisons and competition with others.

“Everybody can sparkle and do things that others cannot imagine. The only thing is, because there is no striving, that sparkle doesn’t happen…Intelligence is not about usefulness,” he said.
