SC allows relaxation of GRAP-4 restrictions as Delhi air quality improves-OxBig News Network

The Supreme Court on Thursday permitted CAQM to relax GRAP-4 restrictions with improvement of air quality index in Delhi-NCR.

The SC directed CAQM not to go below stage 2 of GRAP restrictions in Delhi-NCR.

The SC suggested CAQM to include some additional measures from GRAP-3 in curbs till AQI further improves.

The court told CAQM to introduce stage 3 if AQI crosses 350 and stage 4 of GRAP if AQI crosses 400.
