Shantanu Mukherjee, better known as Shaan, has acquired a residential property in Prabhachiwadi for a sum of Rs 10 crore. The purchase was finalized in March 2025, as per documents obtained by Square Yards. He made this investment jointly with his wife, Radhika Mukherjee.

The singer has acquired a luxurious property in Pune, featuring a plot-plus-bungalow setup that spans around 4,787.92 square yards. The bungalow boasts a built-up area of approximately 5,500 square feet. The purchase included a stamp duty payment of Rs 50 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

Shaan is a renowned playback singer with a career spanning over two decades. Known for his versatility, he has delivered iconic hits like ‘Tanha Dil’, ‘Woh Pehli Baar’, ‘Musu Musu Hasi’ and ‘Behti Hawa Sa Tha Woh’.
