Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, who has recently been in the limelight due to his rumored separation from wife Dhanashree Verma, made headlines again with his appearance on the sets of Bigg Boss 18. Chahal was joined by fellow Punjab Kings teammates Shreyas Iyer and Shashank Singh, sparking excitement among fans about their potential participation in the Salman Khan-hosted reality show.

Chahal arrived at the set in a casual yet stylish black T-shirt, blue loose denim pants, and bright yellow sneakers. Carrying a backpack, he avoided interacting with the paparazzi and headed straight to his vanity van. Later, he reappeared in a refreshed look, sporting cargo pants and a white jacket over his T-shirt. This time, he posed with Iyer and Singh for the photographers, sharing light-hearted moments as they laughed at the paparazzi’s requests for candid shots.

Reports suggest the trio might feature in the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar special episode, adding to the excitement surrounding the finale scheduled for January 19.

Amid his public appearances, Chahal has also addressed the ongoing divorce rumours with Dhanashree Verma. In an Instagram statement, the cricketer requested fans to refrain from speculating about his personal life. “I understand the curiosity surrounding recent events, particularly about my personal life. However, I humbly request everyone not to indulge in speculation as it has caused immense pain to me and my family,” he wrote.

Despite his plea, many fans interpreted the statement as confirmation of the couple’s separation, especially since he refrained from mentioning himself as a husband. Meanwhile, Dhanashree also responded to the rumours, expressing her frustration over baseless claims and character assassination. “The past few days have been incredibly tough for my family and me. The baseless writing and hate from faceless trolls are upsetting,” she stated.

The rumours intensified after the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram, a move that fuelled the buzz around their marital troubles. Chahal and Dhanashree got married in December 2020 in an intimate ceremony after connecting during the pandemic when Chahal approached her for dance lessons.

On the cricketing front, Chahal recently joined Punjab Kings for Rs 18 crore in the IPL 2025 auction, while Iyer was signed for a record Rs 26.75 crore. Shashank Singh was retained for Rs 5.5 crore after a stellar 2024 season.
